We enable organizations to modernize systems, harmonize data, and transform operations. We bring a rare combination of strategy and engineering expertise to deliver resilient and impactful technology.

Where You Find Yourself

Which path you take depends on what your platforms and data can already carry, and where you have invested already.

Path One

Get the data, processes, and platform right

Foundations: infrastructure, data, and the systems the business runs on

Salesforce, ServiceNow, data and integration work, delivered by people who were doing it long before it was called AI. CRM builds, migrations, data harmonization, enterprise applications – done properly, and built so that what comes next can sit on top of them.

How We Think

Technology follows strategy, not the other way around.

AI is a structural shift on the scale of the internet or the cloud. It changes what an organization can be, not only what it costs to run.

That's why we don't start with tools. We start with:

{{ s.main }} {{ s.sub }}

Not everything is AI.

AI is not an answer to everything. Nor does it enable us to skip certain foundational steps, such as data integration and harmonization. In its applied form, it is critical to always apply it toward defined, achievable outcomes – and above all, avoid the efficiency trap.

Reinvention AI

We have ideas here, and they are the good ones. Those we would rather tell you in person than post on a website your competitors can read. Get in touch.

AI Beyond Efficiency

Most companies use AI to do the same things faster and cheaper. We use it to help you do different things altogether.

That usually means disrupting yourself before someone else does it for you. The organizations that gain from this shift are the ones willing to question their own model while it is still working.

{{ b }}

If your only reason for using AI is to justify workforce reductions, we are not the right partner for you.

Realizing Value From AI

AI pays back in three different ways: it lowers what you spend, it opens revenue you could not reach before, or it changes the business itself. They are not stages and you do not have to pick one, but naming which outcome a piece of work is aiming at keeps the expected return honest.

Efficiency AI

Doing the same things faster and cheaper. Real savings, but a ceiling: everyone in your market can buy the same tools and reach the same place.

Efficiency pays for the program.

{{ t.label }}{{ t.def }}

Opportunity AI

Doing things that were not possible before. New propositions, new service models, new ways to earn revenue – where the advantage compounds instead of levelling out.

Opportunity is why you run it.

{{ t.label }}{{ t.def }}

Reinvention AI

Changing what the organization is, not only what it does. The work that moves a business into a different position in its market. Disrupt yourself before someone else does.

Reinvention keeps you competitive.

Top Causes of AI Misfires

Six gaps, and every one of them is visible before a line of code is written.

The failures reported over the past year are rarely failures of the models. The same six gaps appear again and again, and every one of them is visible before a line of code is written.

This is what we look for at the start of an engagement, and what our methodology is built to close.

01

Data that was never ready

Quick Start: {{ a.name }}

The pilot runs on a clean extract; production needs the real estate of systems, permissions and quality rules behind it. Data quality and access are the most commonly named barrier to return, ahead of the model.

How we close itWe establish what the solution needs from your data before committing to a build, and treat the gap as work in its own right.

02

Value defined after the build

Quick Start: {{ a.name }}

A solution launched without an agreed measure cannot be defended at the next budget round, which is where many programs quietly end.

How we close itThe measure is agreed up front, in your numbers, and the prototype is instrumented against it.

03

Governance retrofitted

Quick Start: {{ a.name }}

Controls added after a tool has spread cost more and trust less. Inadequate risk control is one of the three reasons Gartner gives for cancellations.

How we close itAccess boundaries, human checkpoints and audit trails are designed in at the architecture stage.

04

A pilot with no route to production

Quick Start: {{ a.name }}

Demos are built to impress rather than to scale, so integration, identity, monitoring and support are discovered only after the decision to proceed.

How we close itWe build the narrow slice end to end, on real data, so the route to production is proven rather than assumed.

05

Cost that only appears at volume

Quick Start: {{ a.name }}

Per-call pricing looks trivial in a pilot and compounds once agents chain steps and run unattended. Escalating cost is the first reason cited for projects being scrapped.

How we close itModel selection, token discipline and a cost per outcome are part of the design, not a later optimization.

06

The tool chosen before the problem

Quick Start: {{ a.name }}

Much of what is sold as agentic is a rebadged assistant or automation, and many use cases positioned as agentic do not need an agent at all.

How we close itWe only recommend a solution, AI or not, when it is the right instrument for the job.

The Evidence

56% of CEOs saw no financial return from AI

Across 4,454 chief executives, 56% reported neither increased revenue nor reduced costs from AI in the previous twelve months. Only 12% reported both.

Source: PwC, 2026 Global CEO Survey

40% of agentic AI projects will be canceled

Gartner expects more than 40% to be scrapped by the end of 2027, citing escalating costs, unclear business value and inadequate risk controls – not model capability.

Source: Gartner, June 2025

4% have AI working across the enterprise

Only 4% of operations leaders report AI fully embedded, no significant barriers to scaling agents, and investments delivering as expected. Data quality and access lead the list of barriers to return.

About Us

What would a consulting company look like if it were built for the AI era from the start?

Follow us on LinkedIn

Napotek was built AI-native from day one. That means every strategy, experiment, and implementation is designed around how intelligent systems can reshape services, operations, and experiences, not just optimize them.

Founded in London by a technology leader with decades of enterprise experience, including senior roles in the Salesforce ecosystem. The name comes from Cluj-Napoca, where our founder is from originally: a city known for resilience, creativity, and technical excellence. That spirit shapes how we work.

Napotek serves clients across Europe and the United States, with a presence in Washington DC.

Delivery Hub

The Porto Delivery Hub

Porto gives European and US clients senior delivery capability in a compatible time zone, at a cost that holds up over a long program.

Work runs through small mixed pods rather than pyramids, with accelerators and starter packs so a pilot begins from a running start, and specialized local partners in our collective where more depth is needed.

Privacy Notice

Napotek (“we”, “us”) operates this site and its MCP server at mcp.napotek.com from London and Porto. This notice explains what personal data we collect through the site and the server, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to visitors in the United Kingdom, the European Union and European Economic Area, and the United States. For the purposes of the UK GDPR and EU General Data Protection Regulation, Napotek is the controller of the data described here.

Questions, requests or complaints: hello@napotek.com.

What We Collect

What you send us. If you arrived at the form from a accelerator, the name of that engagement is sent with the message so we know what you are asking about. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, organization if you give one, your phone number if you give one, and your message. The phone number is optional; if you enter one, the country you select for it is sent alongside it so that the number can be dialled. If you tick the box offering your My Path answers, we also receive the answers you selected – sector, familiarity, industry, stage ratings, priorities and services. That box is yours to untick, and the form works without it.

Your acceptance of this notice. The form cannot be sent without accepting this notice, and that acceptance is recorded with your message, so both of us have a record of the basis on which you sent it.

What we tidy before sending. Before your message leaves your browser, the form strips any HTML markup and control characters out of what you typed and trims each field to a sensible length. This is housekeeping rather than inspection: it happens on your own device, nothing is sent anywhere as part of it, and the only effect you may notice is that text shaped like a tag is removed from what arrives.

What the submission records. With each message we also record the IP address it came from and the browser type, for abuse prevention. We keep those two details for 90 days and use them for nothing else. If you accepted our measurement request, the message also carries the record described in How we measure this page.

Spam protection. The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that check.

What stays on your device. Your My Path answers are stored in your browser’s local storage so the site can adapt as you scroll and remember where you were when you come back. If you accepted our request to measure the page, a record of which sections you opened, how long you spent on them and which links you followed is stored there too. None of it leaves your device unless you submit the contact form. Clearing it is a single click on Clear Answers, or on Clear All Inputs on This Site, or by clearing your browser storage.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server log data, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to serve the site securely. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or cross-site profiling, and we do not track you across other websites. With your consent we do record how this page is used – see How we measure this page below.

How We Measure This Page

When you first arrive we ask whether we may remember your answers and record which parts of the page you read. If you accept, we record the time you spend on each section while it is on screen, which sections and cards you opened, and which links you clicked, including in the menu. If you then send us a message, that record is submitted with it, so that whoever replies can see what you were looking at rather than asking you to explain it again. It is used for that, and to improve the site. It is never combined with data from other websites, never sold, and never used to advertise to you. If you decline, none of it is recorded – no timers, no counters, nothing stored – and if you change your mind either way, the Cookies and Tracking link in the footer reopens the choice. We also honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals as a decline without asking.

Google Analytics. If you accept, we also load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-1XCLRLK4CF), managed through Google Tag Manager. It sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*, kept for up to two years) and processes your IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser type, referring page and the pages and events you trigger, so we can see how many people visit and which parts of the site are used. We have IP anonymization switched on, we have not enabled Google Signals, advertising features, remarketing or data sharing with other Google products, and we do not use Analytics to advertise to you. Nothing loads until you accept: the site runs Google Consent Mode v2 with analytics, advertising and personalization storage denied by default, and only analytics_storage is switched to granted when you press Accept. Declining, or a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, leaves all of it denied, and no Analytics cookie is set. Google acts as our processor for this and may process the data in the United States under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses; see Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can withdraw consent at any time through the Cookies and Tracking link in the footer, which clears the choice and stops further collection.

The My Path record. My Path is the set of answers you give as you move through this page – your sector, the industry you mark as yours, how familiar you say you are, your stage ratings, the priorities you rank, the services and accelerators you note as relevant, and the pieces of content you tick off. It is captured as you go, without a separate prompt, and kept in your browser’s local storage on your own device. Its purpose is to adapt what the page suggests to you and to bring you back to where you were. It is not sent anywhere as you use the site, it is not attached to your Analytics data, and it is not combined with anything else we hold. It reaches us in one case only: if you tick the consent box on the contact form, the answers are submitted with your message so that whoever replies can see what you were considering. That box is yours to untick, and the form works without it. Our legal basis for receiving it is your consent (Article 6(1)(a)); on your device the answers are discarded after 180 days without a visit, and Clear Answers or Clear All Inputs on This Site removes them at once.

Why We Use It, and Our Legal Basis

We use what you send to answer your inquiry, to prepare for a possible engagement, and to keep a record of the correspondence. Under the GDPR our legal bases are: consent (Article 6(1)(a)) for including your My Path answers, and separately for recording and submitting how you used the page; steps prior to entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) where your inquiry concerns working together; and legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) in responding to inquiries and keeping the site secure and functioning. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects, and we do not ask for special category data.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The site sets no cookies of its own. What it keeps on your device is local storage: your My Path answers, your consent choice, and – only if you accepted – the record of which sections you read. If you accept, Google Analytics sets the first-party _ga and _ga_* cookies described above, and Google Tag Manager loads the Analytics tag; Tag Manager itself sets no cookies. We use no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no cross-site profiling. Declining leaves the site with nothing but your recorded choice. Your browser keeps that choice separately for napotek.com and for mcp.napotek.com, so the MCP setup page asks for itself; the Analytics cookies are set for napotek.com and so cover both addresses once you accept on either.

If You Connect Through Our MCP Server

What the server is. mcp.napotek.com is a read-only Model Context Protocol server. It answers questions about Napotek from Napotek’s published material, and it needs no account, sign-in or key, so we do not know who you are when you use it.

What reaches us. Your conversation stays with the provider of your AI assistant (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or Cursor), and that provider’s own privacy terms govern it. We receive only the requests your assistant sends to the server: which tool it calls, and the search terms or document name it asks for. Your assistant chooses what to send, so avoid asking it to look up anything personal through the server.

What the server records. For each request we log the time, the tool called, the first 100 characters of the search terms, the result status and the response time; the name and version of the app that connected, as the app reports it (for example Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor); and the country the request came from. The country is looked up from the IP address as the request arrives, using a database held on our own server, so the address is not sent anywhere for the lookup (IP geolocation by DB-IP). With each entry we also store a one-way hash of the IP address combined with the date, which lets us group a single day’s traffic without following anyone from one day to the next. The full IP address is kept in a separate log, used only to investigate abuse, and deleted after 7 days. When you use Claude, ChatGPT or another web-based assistant, requests reach us from your provider’s servers, so the address and country we record are the provider’s rather than yours; a tool running on your own computer, such as Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor or Gemini CLI, connects from your own address. When the setup page is opened in a browser we also log the browser type. To limit abuse, the server keeps a short-lived counter keyed to a hash of your IP address, deleted after an hour without requests. Our hosting provider’s standard server logs apply as described under Technical data.

Accepting the Terms and this notice. Before the server answers anything, your AI assistant must tell you about the MCP Terms of Use and this Privacy Notice and ask you to accept both. When it confirms your acceptance, we record the time, the version of the Terms of Use and of this notice that you accepted, the app that connected, the country and the daily IP hash described above, and give the assistant a code to send with its later requests so that you are not asked again in the same conversation. The code contains no personal data and expires after 30 days. When either document changes, you are asked to accept the new version before the server answers again. In a browser, the setup page asks you to accept both and keeps the versions you accepted in your browser’s local storage, and asks again when either changes. We keep acceptance records for as long as the Terms they relate to are in force and for six years after, as a record of the basis on which the server was used.

Why, and our legal basis. We use these records to record your acceptance of the Terms of Use and this notice, to keep the server secure and working, to prevent and investigate abuse, to see which apps and countries the server is used from, and to see which questions our published material does not answer so that we can improve it. Our legal basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), and for the acceptance record also the performance of the Terms you accepted (Article 6(1)(b)). They are never combined with your Analytics data or with anything you send through the contact form, and never used to advertise to you.

The setup page. The page at mcp.napotek.com loads its styles, images and this notice from napotek.com and its fonts from Google Fonts. It asks the same Google Analytics question as napotek.com, described above, and nothing loads until you accept. Use of the server is governed by its Terms of Use.

Who Sees It

Your inquiry reaches the Napotek people who need to answer it. We use service providers – email, hosting and productivity tools – who process data on our instructions under written terms. We share your details with a partner in our collective only where that is necessary to answer what you asked, and we tell you when we do. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

International Transfers

We work across the UK, the EEA and the United States, so your data may be processed outside the country you are in. Where data leaves the UK or EEA we rely on an adequacy decision where one applies, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with supplementary measures where needed. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply to a specific transfer.

How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months from our last exchange, unless it becomes part of a client engagement, in which case it is kept for the life of that engagement and for as long as we are required to retain business records afterwards. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. MCP server request logs are deleted after 90 days, and the separate log of full IP addresses after 7 days. MCP acceptance records are kept while the Terms they relate to are in force and for six years after. You can ask us to delete your inquiry sooner. The page-use record is kept with the inquiry it was submitted with, and is deleted when that correspondence is. On your own device it is discarded after 30 days; your saved answers are discarded after 180 days without a visit.

Your Rights in the UK, EU and EEA

You have the right to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable form, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that already took place. Write to hello@napotek.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to your supervisory authority – in Portugal the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), in the UK the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), or the authority in your country of residence.

Your Rights in the United States

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas or another state with comparable law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy of it, to correct it, and to request deletion. You also have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information and of targeted advertising: we do neither, so there is nothing to opt out of. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. Send requests to hello@napotek.com; an authorized agent may act for you with written permission. If we decline a request we will tell you why, and you may appeal by replying to that decision.

Children

This site is aimed at organizations, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16, and we will delete it if we learn that we have.

Security

The site is served over encrypted connections, access to inquiry data is limited to the people who need it, and our providers are held to written security terms. No system is perfect, so if something goes wrong that affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.

Changes

If this notice changes we will update it here and change the date below. Material changes that affect how we use data you already sent us will be communicated directly where we hold contact details for you.
